1. Heating equipment

There are two main types of heating equipment in pig houses, namely central heating and local heating. Local heating includes hot water heating floors, electric hot plates, infrared lamps, etc. The main function is to increase the temperature of the pig house in winter.

2. Cooling equipment

There are many cooling equipments commonly used in large-scale pig raising, including wet curtain-fan cooling system, spray cooling, spray cooling and drip cooling. Among these equipments, the cooling pad fan cooling is the most mature evaporative cooling system at present, and the evaporative cooling efficiency can reach 75%-90%.

3. Disinfection equipment

Factory-scale pig farming, due to the large site, is easy to breed bacteria due to improper management, so it can be realized by disinfection equipment, such as high-pressure cleaners, flame disinfection and knapsack sprayers. Among these, the flame sterilizer is used in conjunction with the drug disinfection to have the best effect. After the drug is sterilized first, then the flame sterilizer is used for sterilization, and the sterilization can reach more than 95%.

4. Clean the equipment

Modern pig farm cleaning equipment is mainly used to remove manure. The common method is to lay a manure leaking floor on the manure leaking ditch. After the pigs urinate on the leaking manure floor, the urine flows into the manure ditch with the gap, and the manure falls into the leaking manure. On the floor, it will automatically fall into the manure ditch below after being trampled on, thereby avoiding the contact between pigs and manure, which is beneficial to prevent and reduce the occurrence of diseases.

5. Feeding equipment

In pig production, the proportion of feed is very large, so the workload of feeding is also very large, because feeding equipment has a great impact on improving the utilization rate of feed, reducing labor intensity, and improving the economic benefits of pig farms. Feeding equipment is divided into artificial feeding equipment and automatic feeding. The artificial feeding equipment is simple, including feeding truck and feeding trough. Automatic feeding is mainly composed of storage tower, feed conveyor, conveying pipeline, automatic feeding equipment, metering equipment, trough and so on.

6. Drinking water equipment

There are many types of automatic drinking fountains for pigs, mainly including duckbill type, nipple type, sucking type and cup type, etc., each of which has a variety of structural forms. Duckbill pig automatic drinking fountain is the most used drinking water equipment in large-scale pig farms.

7. Pig pen equipment

Pig pen equipment includes boar pen, empty breeding pig farrowing sows and piglets. Do not mix them together, do a good job in group feeding. When setting up the pig pen, we must ensure that the growth space needs of the pig and the adaptability to the environment are met according to the growth stage of the pig. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider whether the feeding and management work of the breeders is convenient.

8. Other equipment
